Find your passion and make a business...

Find your passion and make a business: Richard Branson's advice

What are the steps to figure out what is your passion and turn it into a business?

To explain it is the boss of Virgin, Richard Branson, in an article published onEntrepreneur.com American business.

We see in his advice.

1. Parties to an initial question

«Make a list of things you love or nutri an interest. It doesn't matter if out stupid things or disconnect between them. Between being there might be a winning business idea, "says Branson.

2. Look around

«Take a look at your list and think about what kind of market and companies that are bound to the ideas that you have put on paper. Think of all the companies in the area that sell goods and services that you would like to use. And ask yourself: "is there a breeding ground for innovation?". Many companies, especially those established, tend to take for granted too many things and not respond more to the needs of our customers, to stop doing innovation. It is here that a small company finds space to fit».

3. Accepts the competition

«Don't be discouraged if there are similar ideas to yours on the market. Accept the competition. Search for examples of companies that do a good job and studied carefully their cases. Ask yourself: "Why work so well and which areas have particular problems. Get the contact with the founders and ask questions. Many of them will answer you, others less. But remember: every successful entrepreneur was a start upperand you-will-please be able to help.

4. Be a second question (decisive)

«What do you hate most? That annoys you, confuse or makes you angry? If you governassi the world what would you change? Make a list of these things. Many of the companies in the Virgin Group were born precisely from our bad experiences as users of a product or service. In these cases, as a consumer, you can only express your disappointment, but as a business owner you have the opportunity to create something that will solve that problem when you're undefeated. Think About It! ".

5. And now test and risk

«Maybe you won't immediately clear ideas. If that were the case then "rest" your list for a few days and remember fresh in mind. Otherwise, if you had figured out what you want to do, get immediately involved, write a plan and assess the risks. Then test your idea with friends, other startupper you know, family members and acquaintances. Ask them to be honest in judgment and assess their strengths and weaknesses. I do always: whenever I'm going to put an idea on the market. Before discussing with my lawyers, I speak with friends and family.
